General
The QSC K10.2 is a professional, 10-inch, 2-way loudspeaker that can be used for many different purposes. This speaker, with a 10-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch tweeter, has a peak power of 2000W. The entire unit is housed in a sturdy plastic casing that is shaped so that the K10.2 can also be used as a floor monitor. For this, you can also make use of the built-in EQ presets, which include Monitor, Live, and Dance options. Audio is reproduced via a DSP processor, delivering intelligent and subtle dynamics. Thanks to the dual pole mounts and M10 fittings, the speaker can be set up in many ways.
Widely deployable DSP speaker
On the rear of the K10.2, you'll find a set of balanced XLR/TRS combo connectors. The first connector allows you to switch between Mic/Line level input, and the second allows you to switch between Hi-Z/Line level input for instruments. It's also possible to “daisy-chain” the audio signal to another audio device. A 3.5 mm TRS jack input makes it possible to connect other media players like smartphones, computers, or MP3 players to the speaker. The K10.2 has a frequency response of 50 Hz – 20 kHz, a maximum SPL of 130 dB, and weighs only 14.5 kilograms.
